We deliver to 40 areas around Saadi Town, Karachi. Pick your area in the location popup to see the delivery fee (currently Rs. 60 to Rs. 350).

Usually about 45 minutes for delivery and 30 minutes for pick-up, depending on how busy we are.

Yes. After you place an order you get a tracking page that updates automatically. You can also open My orders from the footer on the same phone or computer.

You can cancel from the tracking page until we accept your order. After that, please call us as soon as possible and we will try to help.

Yes. Every item has a Special instructions box, and checkout has a field for delivery instructions.
